Completed scoring the feature-length documentary film STONEWALL UPRISING for film makers Kate Davis and David Heilbroner. The film tells of the dramatic events of 1969 that
launched a worldwide gay rights revolution. Told by those who took part–from drag queens and street hustlers to police detectives and a former mayor of New York. The film revisits a time when homosexual acts were illegal throughout America, and homosexuality itself was seen as a form of mental illness. Hunted and often entrapped by undercover police in their hometowns, gays from around the US began fleeing to New York in search of a sanctuary. Hounded there still by an aggressive police force, they sought out furtive sex in subway bathrooms and empty meat trucks, and found a semblance of normalcy in a Mafia-run gay bar in Greenwich Village, the Stonewall Inn. When police raided Stonewall on June 28, 1969, gay men and women did something they hadn't done before: they fought back. As the streets of New York erupted into violent protests and street demonstrations, the collective anger announced that the gay rights movement had arrived.

The film will make its national theatrical debut this June.

‘Magic & Bird’ for HBO

Scored the film MAGIC AND BIRD for HBO and director Ezra Edelman. The film traces the history of the competition between Los Angeles Lakers immortal “Magic” Johnson and Boston Celtics great Larry Bird,
which began 30 years ago when they led their midwest universities to the 1979 NCAA Championship game, through a decade of dominance, when the two won three NBA MVP awards apiece and a combined eight NBA titles.  Debuting on the eve of March Madness, the exclusive HBO presentation also examines the different cultures that helped shape them and contributed to their unique styles, as well as exploring their unlikely friendship. The film will debut March 6, 2010 on HBO.

‘No Dog Left Behind’ for Discovery

Scored the film NO DOG LEFT BEHIND for DISCOVERY and Emmy Award-winning film maker Ellen Goosenberg Kent. The film tells the incredible story of friendships formed during combat conditions
in Iraq between soldiers and their canine comrades. It is a revealing look into the power of the human-animal bond to comfort, heal, and inspire the best in people in the worst situations; to find their humanity in the midst of dehumanizing conditions. The war in Iraq has seen an unusual number of troops rescuing stray dogs and caring for them, in spite of military prohibitions.

‘Waiting for Armageddon’

Scored the Sundance Institute funded film WAITING FOR ARMAGEDDON, by Kate Davis and David Heilbroner. America's 50-million strong Evangelical community is convinced that the world's future is foretold in Biblical prophecy - from the Rapture to the Battle of Armageddon.
This astonishing documentary explores their world - in their homes, at conferences, and on a wide-ranging tour of Israel. By interweaving Christian, Zionist, Jewish and critical perspectives along with telling archival materials, the filmmakers probe the politically powerful - and potentially explosive - alliance between Evangelical Christians and Israel...an alliance that may set the stage for what one prominent Evangelical leader calls "World War III."

The film will start a limited-run national theatrical release in January 2010.
